Hindustan Laser was established in 2018 at Sr. No. 24, Pasalkar Industrial Estate, near the Nanded City technical office, Nanded, Pune 411068. Directors Suresh D. Halagi (Patil) and Vitthal S. Londhe lead a team of more than 40 people. The shop cuts, bends and fabricates MS, SS, GI, aluminium and copper, and prepares surfaces on a seven-tank chemical line before powder coating. The company serves more than 200 customers in the Pune region and across Maharashtra.

Seven Tank Chemical Pre-Treatment Process
At Hindustan Laser, we follow a Seven Tank Chemical Pre-Treatment Process to ensure superior surface preparation before powder coating. This process improves coating adhesion, corrosion resistance and the finish of the part.

Degreasing Removes oil, grease and surface contaminants.

Water rinsing (1st stage) Cleans residual chemicals from the surface.

Derusting / pickling Eliminates rust and scale for a clean metal surface.

Water rinsing (2nd stage) Removes acid and rust residues.

Phosphating Creates a phosphate layer so the powder coat can grip.

Water rinsing (3rd stage) Neutralises the remaining chemicals.

Passivation Improves corrosion resistance before powder coating.
The result is a uniform coating, a clean finish and long-term durability.
